Stewardship & Booking Policies
Every Artisha Nicole J experience is approached with intention, preparation, and care.
Whether you are booking a styling experience, joining Freestyle, applying for coaching, or bringing me into a creative project, time is set aside before we ever meet to review your information, understand your needs, prepare thoughtfully, and make sure our time together is focused and purposeful.
Because of that, each booking represents more than the scheduled session itself. It also includes the preparation, creative thought, planning, and attention that happens behind the scenes.
These policies are in place to help protect that time, create clear expectations, and ensure every client and project receives the level of care it deserves.
Payments
All payments are non-refundable.
When a class, session, consultation, or experience is booked, dedicated time is reserved specifically for you. This also includes preparation and planning that may take place before the scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled one (1) time at no additional cost when the request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
The rescheduled appointment is subject to availability.
Cancellations
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
Missed Appointments
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment and have not provided notice will forfeit the session.
A new booking and payment will be required to schedule another appointment.
Additional Reschedules
After one complimentary reschedule, any additional changes will require a new booking and payment.
Fashion Styling Coaching + Creative Direction & Collaboration
Because Fashion Styling Coaching and Creative Direction + Collaboration may involve extended planning, customized preparation, project development, multiple sessions, reserved availability, sourcing, production schedules, or other project-specific needs, separate agreements and payment terms may apply.
For Creative Direction + Collaboration, additional costs may also apply when a project requires vendors, travel, rentals, purchases, production resources, or other expenses outside the agreed creative services.
For Fashion Styling Coaching, payment schedules, participation expectations, session policies, and any additional terms specific to the six-week experience will be provided before enrollment is finalized.
For Creative Direction + Collaboration, project-specific scope, pricing, payment schedules, timelines, deliverables, and additional terms will be outlined in the customized proposal and/or agreement provided before work begins.
By submitting payment or entering into an agreement for either service, the client agrees to the terms provided for that specific experience or project.
