Effective Date: September 30, 2026
This Intellectual Property & Content Use Agreement applies to classes, coaching experiences, digital products, workbooks, downloads, educational resources, creative materials, recordings, client resources, and other content provided by Artisha Nicole J and Fashion Formation.
By purchasing, registering for, accessing, downloading, or participating in an applicable offering, and affirmatively agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all original materials created and provided by Artisha Nicole J or Fashion Formation remain the intellectual property of their respective owner.
Protected materials may include, but are not limited to:
Access to these materials does not transfer ownership to the participant, purchaser, client, or attendee.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, participation in an Artisha Nicole J or Fashion Formation offering grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own individual use.
Educational materials provided through Artisha Nicole J and Fashion Formation are intended for your personal learning and development.
You may use what you learn to support your own personal style, creative development, styling work, business, or professional growth.
You may not reproduce or commercially exploit the actual materials, curriculum, branded frameworks, worksheets, exercises, distinctive teaching language, or other protected content provided to you.
By participating in an Artisha Nicole J or Fashion Formation class, course, coaching experience, or educational offering, you agree not to take the proprietary materials or distinctive curriculum provided to you and use them to create, teach, sell, distribute, or promote your own substantially similar educational product or service.
This includes copying or substantially reproducing the structure, written materials, worksheets, exercises, branded terminology, teaching sequence, or other distinctive content used within the experience.
For example, you may not take the Freestyle curriculum, workbook, exercises, teaching materials, or distinctive instructional structure and repackage them as your own class, course, coaching program, workbook, digital product, presentation, or training experience.
This restriction does not prevent you from using general styling knowledge, skills, professional experience, or independently developed ideas in your own work.
The purpose of this provision is to protect Artisha Nicole J and Fashion Formation's original materials and distinctive educational content, not to prevent participants from practicing their profession or developing their own original work.
Without prior written permission, you may not:
Personal notes taken during an educational experience are permitted for your own use, provided those notes are not used to reproduce or distribute the protected curriculum or materials.
The protections in this Agreement apply to materials and content shared through offerings including, but not limited to:
Materials provided within these experiences are not licensed for teaching, resale, redistribution, or commercial reproduction unless express written permission is provided.
Creative Direction + Collaboration projects may involve different intellectual property and usage rights depending on the scope of the project.
Ownership, licensing, client usage rights, portfolio rights, creative assets, deliverables, and other intellectual property terms for these projects will be addressed in the applicable proposal or project agreement.
Where a separate written project agreement conflicts with this general policy, the project-specific agreement will control for that project.
You retain ownership of original materials you provide to Artisha Nicole J, including your photographs, documents, references, brand materials, and other content you own.
Submitting those materials does not transfer ownership to Artisha Nicole J unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Third-party photographs, references, retailer images, music, artwork, or other materials used for inspiration or reference remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Classes, coaching sessions, presentations, and private educational experiences may not be audio-recorded, video-recorded, screen-recorded, photographed for redistribution, livestreamed, or otherwise reproduced without prior written permission.
Permission to attend or participate in an experience does not constitute permission to record, reproduce, or distribute it.
Original copyrightable materials created by Artisha Nicole J and Fashion Formation are protected under applicable United States copyright law and, where applicable, international copyright protections.
Nothing in this Agreement should be interpreted as claiming copyright ownership over general ideas, facts, skills, methods, principles, or knowledge that are not independently protected by copyright law.
Contractual restrictions contained in this Agreement apply separately from any rights available under copyright, trademark, trade secret, unfair competition, or other applicable law.
If protected materials are copied, distributed, reproduced, taught, sold, publicly shared, or otherwise used without authorization, Artisha Nicole J reserves the right to take appropriate action.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
Access may be revoked without refund when a participant materially violates this Agreement, subject to applicable law.
This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
For participants located outside of Georgia or outside of the United States, mandatory rights or protections under applicable local law may still apply.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction and venue stated in the applicable Terms & Conditions or service agreement.
If a specific forum is required, the applicable agreement should identify the designated state or federal courts in [COUNTY], Georgia.
Artisha Nicole J reserves the right to update this Intellectual Property & Content Use Agreement as offerings, materials, and business practices evolve.
The version accepted at the time of purchase, registration, enrollment, or participation will govern that transaction unless otherwise permitted by law.
